五、應注意的質量問題
(一) 環氧砂漿起泡:進行施工前必須對地面的含水率進行測試,含水率過高將起泡,影響外觀質量。低于8%時方可進行施工環氧砂漿自流平面層。
(二) 面層有裂縫的痕跡:基層裂縫未進行處理,基層裂縫必須提成V 字型,用環氧砂漿填平。
(三)面層未硬化前嚴禁上人,禁止水泡,必須采取防水侵措施。
六、成品保護
(一)對樓梯口進行封閉,非自流平人員禁止入內。
(二)自流平地面未硬化前嚴禁上人作業。硬化后上人作業,嚴禁對地面進行劃傷,產生劃痕,影響外觀效果。
(三)施工時濺到墻上、官道上的材料及時進行清理。
(四)剛上人作業時嚴禁穿高跟鞋和硬底鞋作業。
(五)移動式腳手架及梯子必須底部采取措施,杜絕直接與地接觸。
七、環境保護及安全要求
(一) 現場拌制環氧砂漿處及時進行清理,防止濺到墻上。
(二) 環氧樹脂桶及時進行清理至室外,嚴禁隨層擺放。
(三)施工期間嚴禁在自流平施工作業面抽煙,以免引起火災及爆炸。
(四)基層打磨磨掉的混凝土粉塵用編織袋裝袋,運出。

1.基層砼的強度應在≥C25,其水灰比盡可能小且夯中不能含有早強劑。
