（1）仿真調試

　　“仿真調試”又稱“模擬調試”，是指在實驗室條件下，采用特制的“仿真設備”
（或稱“模擬裝置”、“模擬臺”等）代替機床與CNC、PLC、PLC編程設備聯接起來（在
有條件的情況下，還可以聯接伺服單元、伺服電動機、甚至某些獨立的機械功能部件），
對順序程序進行的調試。“仿真調試”具有安全、能耗小、調試軸助人員少等優點。

　　“仿真設備”常用許多開關、指示燈來模擬機床各電氣功能器件的狀態。如用小型開
關的通／斷代替MT側操作面板的開關、按鈕，電氣柜內的繼電器觸點，安裝于機床各運動
部件上的位置檢測開關等的閉合／斷開，以模擬各種輸入信號的“1”和“0”狀態，用指
示燈的亮／滅代替MT側操作面板指示燈，電氣柜內繼電器線圈等的通電／斷電，以驗證輸
出到MT側各器件的信號狀態。
